Commemorative 1895 Roof Slates

Commemorative slates made with original 1895 slate from the roof of the Houghton Memorial Building and etched with a drawing of the building are ready for purchase. A limited number of these slates are available for $30. Slates are available at the Historical Society or you can order slates by contacting the Historical Society by phone at 978-486-8202 or email the Littleton.HistSociety@Verizon.net. We can ship one to you for $8.00. The commemorative slates are part of Littleton's history. You can have a personal token of the original slate as a remembrance of the Houghton Memorial Building-Littleton's architectural jewel, and century-old landmark at the Town Center.

Barbara McRae, LHS member and Littleton resident, has created a number of collectible wooden blocks that depict a variety of historical buildings and homes in Littleton.
